Do you long to feel more connected
to your deepest Self? Do you want to express yourself but fear or doubt blocks your voice? Do you long to release patterns of pain in the body/mind and step into the fullness of You? Moving from Trauma to Trust
Sound healing and voice sessions offer long-lasting results, as we allow vibration and intention to shift our awareness of Presence by:
A sound healing journey is a simple, yet profound process of going deep within ourselves, into the body/mind/spirit, to allow sound vibrations to rebalance our system and bring us into alignment. Each journey is a very spontaneous process, engaging with the energies that show up in the present moment. As your guide, I will use my voice, drum, rattle, sound healing bowl, and reiki to assist you in your process. It is a co-creative process in which we set an intention for healing, for alignment, and then let go and allow the energy to freely move for the highest good of the client and the community. Vibration is the foundation of all things, and as we open into this safe container, we often feel held by the sound. Together we create a sacred, safe, and respectful space (here in my home studio, and also online) that honors the profound, transformative energies that move through each of us. At the beginning of the session, we welcome the presence of our guides, ancestors, and all those beings that are here to assist us. Their grace helps us move safely through those energies that no longer serve us, so that we can move us into a deeper connection with the wholeness that is our true guide, that eternal presence within us. The energy of healing, of moving humanity towards our highest good, of aligning with Truth, knows no boundaries based on nationality, tradition, culture, language, race, spirituality, etc. It is the free-flowing movement of energy arising within each of us in every moment, that points us toward wholeness, again and again. It is this same energy that moves through me, guiding each session. These energies are being held and grounded into the body, through the sound vibrations and through Reiki. It is a journey that embraces the Great Mystery, and the paradox that comes with being both centered, and untethered, at the same time. I am honored to be a part of this lineage of guides and am available for both group and private sessions in my home in NE Portland, and online. Please visit here to read more about my background. Reviews about Elizabeth's work: "During our session, I was very aware that you were really trying to draw forth the bad stuff so that my own innate positive energy could fill the space. Even though there was no massage, my muscles felt more relaxed and there was much less pain than when I came in-or the pain was still there, but I was drawn away from it through the positive energy you brought forth. I was relaxed and mellow and energized at the same time. The world continues to not be perfect, but I feel like I have a new and powerful tool in my tool kit and also, that I am not in this alone. It may sound crazy, but the connection to ancestors (and others) still lingers along with the energy. It's a lovely feeling and I am very grateful for that. Thank you!" Dr. Scott Tuomi, DMA Director of Chorale and Vocal Activities Professor of Music at Pacific University "I visited Elizabeth for a sound healing session (sound therapy & reiki). This beautiful experience took place on a significant day in my life, the 5th anniversary of my mothers passing. I had not allowed myself to fully process the grief in the previous 5 years and felt that this would help release those things I was still holding onto. Elizabeth played several instruments throughout the session, while also guiding me through the experience with her powerful voice. With Reiki, she honed in on several places in my body where I was holding various emotions and pain. It really helped my release physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Afterward, Elizabeth shared with me and her insights were spot on, deepening the value of my experience. I will definitely utilize this method of therapy in the future for other healing needs. I am so grateful to Elizabeth for this unique, and beautiful experience." - Angela Arnold, Hypnotherapist, www.asahypnosis.com "Compassionate. Kind. Insightful. Intuitive. Engaged. Just a few of the words to describe my sound healing and reiki experience with Elizabeth. My body felt peaceful, blessed, and rested after our session and I was amazed at some of the revelations shown. Many thanks to you." Dede Covert, Longview, WA "Elizabeth’s full presence and the healing warmth of her hands are a pure gift. Her drumming and vocalizing open me to deeper, wider places of spaciousness. After a session, I experience a sense of peace and well-being and a longing for more." Leslie Smith, Longview, WA |
