Teens and adults are welcome to join us as we come together to support ourselves and each other in aligning with Presence.
A shamanic journey is a simple, yet profound process of going deep within ourselves, into the body/mind/spirit, to allow sound vibrations to rebalance our system and bring us into alignment. Each journey is a very spontaneous process, engaging with the energies that show up in the present moment.
As your guide, I will use my voice, drum, rattle, sound healing bowl, and reiki to assist you in your process. And you are invited to co-create with me! You are welcome to bring your drum (if you desire), and follow my lead with drum and voice. You are also welcome to simply bathe in the sound vibrations while laying down.
Vibration is the foundation of all things, and as we open into this safe container, we often feel held by the sound. Together we create a sacred, safe, and respectful space that honors the profound, transformative energies that move through each of us. At the beginning of each session, we welcome the presence of our guides, ancestors, and all those beings that are here to assist us. Their grace helps us move safely through those energies that no longer serve us, so that we can move into a deeper connection with the wholeness that is our true guide, that eternal presence within us.
7pm- Gathering, creating your safe, comfy space for the journey
715pm- Welcome, introduction to the evening
720pm- Journey with drum and voice (you can join me at the drum, if desired)
8pm(ish)- Guided meditation and sound healing bowl
830pm- Sharing
9pm- Good night all!
To bring:
- Any comfy items so you can lay on the floor
- Chairs are also available, if you would like to be at the drum with me
- A journal/pen, if helpful, to write insights after the journey
