"I visited Elizabeth for a Shamanic sound healing session (sound therapy & reiki). This beautiful experience took place on a significant day in my life, the 5th anniversary of my mothers passing. I had not allowed myself to fully process the grief in the previous 5 years and felt that this would help release those things I was still holding onto. Elizabeth asked me a few questions prior to the experience, and began her healing magic. She played several instruments throughout the session, while also guiding me through the experience with her powerful voice. She led into the reiki session, and honed in on several places in my body where I was holding various emotions, and pain. It really helped my release, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Afterward, I described to her some of the things I was feeling throughout the session. Elizabeth also shared with me and her insights were spot on, deepening the value of my experience. I will definitely utilize this method of therapy in the future for other healing needs.

Upon arriving for my Shamanic/Reiki Healing session with Elizabeth, I was guided to the top floor in which there was a large, lovely, quiet, airy room with big windows all around. The light filled room was surrounded by trees, sky, and nature. My Shamanic/Reiki session began with us quietly talking and Elizabeth answering my questions. I felt comfortable and relaxed. This session was unique for me. I found Elizabeth’s amazing vocalizations and hands on reiki energy healing to be gentle and directly related to the parts of my body she was focusing on, as though there was direct communication. I felt clearings and have found that the seeds of healing and light continue to unfold as time has passed after my session. At the end of our session, we talked again and Elizabeth shared some images from sacred geometry she saw in our session that related directly to ones I see and work with in my personal practice. There were messages of healing in them. During the session I was awake, but yet I felt I went to a very deep place of stillness and peace within myself and it was great that Elizabeth gave me the time to come back slowly. I am grateful for the session with Elizabeth and look forward to receiving more healing work from her.

I had my first shamanic journey/reiki session today with Elizabeth. Having never done this before, I really did not know what to expect. Elizabeth’s own energy made me immediately feel comfortable. I easily dropped into a deep meditative state and journey. The experience was very revealing to me. I left the session with a deep feeling of peace and calm that has stayed with me through the rest of my chaotic day. Elizabeth is a very talented and soothing practitioner and I highly recommend her.
